Cardiff Bach Choir presented

The Choir performed

Gloria by Vivaldi

and a pot pourrie of smaller Italian baroque pieces including:-

Domine ad adjuvandum by Giovanni Bassani (1657-1716)

Ne Timeas Maria by Victoria (1548-1611)

Jesu rex admirabilis and Tua Jesu dilectio by Palestrina (1525-94)

Hodie Christus natus es by Marenzio (1553-99)

Mass for four voices by Franesco Gasparini (1668-1727)

Three Italian Carols arranged by Tim Taylor

Sanctus (from Mass in D) by Salieri

with contributions from the orchestra

Adagio for Strings by Albinoni

and

University Brass Ensemble

The Celestial Concert (from Samson) by Handel (arr. Lawrence)
